Cleaner Positions: Key Duties and Responsibilities

AreaResponsibilities
Cleaning DutiesClean all designated areas including floors, windows, walls, basins, mirrors, kitchen, urinals, and bathrooms
Surface MaintenanceClean, dust surfaces, polish, scrub, strip, and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas to maintain hygiene
Infection PreventionPrevent cross-contamination; remove spillages to prevent falls
Chemical UseUse correct chemicals in the right dilution according to Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) guidelines
